Komisia Iľušin Il-28 (ruský: Илью'шин Ил-28; Názov NATO: Beagle) je prúdový bombardér bezprostredného povojnového obdobia, ktorý bol pôvodne vyrobený pre sovietske vzdušné sily. Bolo to prvé takéto lietadlo Sovietskeho zväzu, ktoré vstúpilo do veľkoplošnej výroby. V Číne bola tiež postavená licencia ako Harbin H-5. Celková výroba v ZSSR bola 6 316 lietadiel a bolo postavených viac ako 319 H-5. Bolo vyrobených len 187 príkladov tréningového variantu HJ-5.
