2007 Harley-Davidson WLA is a Harley-Davidson motorcycle that was produced to US Army specifications in the years during and around World War II. It was based on an existing civilian model, the WL, and is of the 45 solo type, so called due to its 45-cubic-inch (740 cm3) engine displacement and single-rider design. The same engine, in a slightly lower state of tune, also powered the three-wheeled Servi-Car (the “G” family), leading to the “solo” distinction.

The Harley Davidson WLC is a motorcycle that was produced by the American manufacturer Harley Davidson according to the specifications of the Canadian Army during World War II. It was based on an existing civilian model, the WL, which had a 45 cubic inch (740 cc) flathead engine and a single seat. The WLC was a narrow variant of the WLA, which was made for the US Army and its allies. The main differences between the WLC and the WLA were the use of heavier components, usually from the Big Twin models, and a distinctive blackout lighting system. The WLC was also supplied in smaller quantities to the UK, South Africa and other allies. The WLC is a rare and collectible motorcycle that represents a part of history.
