Den Kawasaki Ki-61 Hej (飛燕, "flygande svala") är ett japanskt stridsflygplan från andra världskriget som används av Imperial Japanese Army Air Service. Den japanska armébeteckningen var "Army Type 3 Fighter" (三式戦闘機). Den allierade underrättelsetjänsten trodde först att Ki-61s var Messerschmitt Bf 109s och senare en italiensk Macchi C.202, vilket ledde till det allierade rapporteringsnamnet "Tony", tilldelat av USA: s krigsdepartement. Det var den enda massproducerade japanska fightern i kriget som använde en vätskekyld inline V-motor. Över 3 000 Ki-61 producerades. De första prototyperna såg action över Yokohama under Doolittle-räden den 18 april 1942, och fortsatte att flyga stridsuppdrag under hela kriget.

The Kawasaki Ki-61 Hien (Flying Swallow) was a fighter aircraft used by the Imperial Japanese Army Air Service during World War II.
