Lockheed P-2 Neptune (betegnet P2V av den amerikanske marinen før september 1962) var et maritimt patrulje- og antiubåtkrigføringsfly (ASW). Den ble utviklet for den amerikanske marinen av Lockheed for å erstatte Lockheed PV-1 Ventura og PV-2 Harpoon, og ble i sin tur erstattet av Lockheed P-3 Orion. Designet som et landbasert fly, foretok Neptun aldri en hangarskipslanding, selv om et lite antall fly ble konvertert og utplassert som hangarskipslanserte, midlertidige atombombefly som måtte droppe eller komme seg på landbaser. Typen var vellykket i eksport og tjenestegjorde med flere væpnede styrker.
