O Loadstar foi um médio-duty curto-hood convencional introduzido em 1962. Quando introduzido tinha uma grade cinza e capuz "borboleta", mas em 1971 um capô inclinado de uma peça se tornou padrão. O táxi, também usado no Fleetstar, havia sido introduzido na série A em 1957. Os modelos de cab-over-engine também estavam disponíveis até serem substituídos pela Cargostar em 1971. O Loadstar foi usado para entrega local, construção, agricultura e como semi-trator. Com tração integral, também foi usado para bombeiros, arados de neve e trabalhos de utilidade. O chassi do professor foi usado para vendedores de ônibus escolares. Os convencionais Loadstar foram substituídos pela Série S em 1977.
