Den Cessna A-185F Skywagon er et enkeltmotoret, højvinget, sekssædet let hjælpefly produceret af den amerikanske producent Cessna Aircraft Company. Det er en udvikling af Cessna 180 model, med en mere kraftfuld motor, en større kabine og et baghjul landingsstel. A-185F-modellen blev introduceret i 1973 og havde en brændstofindsprøjtning Continental IO-520-D-motor med 300 hk, en trebladet propel og en rygfinne for forbedret stabilitet. A-185F havde også et større bagagerum, en bredere bagrude og en valgfri maveboks. A-185F var den sidste Skywagon-model, der blev produceret, da Cessna ophørte linjen i 1985.
