The Aero A.10 was a biplane airliner produced in Czechoslovakia shortly after World War I. It was the first commercial aircraft to be built in Czechoslovakia and was known as the Ae-10 Limousine. It was designed by Husnik and Vlasak and was intended to meet the growing need for aerial communication to and from the country. The Aero A.10 had a single nose-mounted engine, a Maybach Mb.IVa, that delivered 260 horsepower. The aircraft had a cabin with seats for three passengers and two tables that could be inverted to provide two more seats if needed.
The cabin was insulated from the engine noise and had Triplex windows for a comfortable ride. The pilot and the mechanic sat in an open cockpit above and behind the cabin, with a rear window for communication with the passengers. The Aero A.10 had a wingspan of 14.17 meters, a length of 10.14 meters, and a wing area of 49 square meters. It had a maximum speed of 160 km/h, a cruise speed of 140 km/h, an endurance of four hours, and a service ceiling of 6,000 meters. The Aero A.10 was one of the first aircraft used by Czechoslovak Airlines, which operated five examples from 1923 to 1928 on the Prague to Bratislava route.
