One truck, an M54 named by its crew “Eve of Destruction” was brought back intact and is on display at the Army Transportation Museum at Fort Eustis, Virginia.

A post–World War II revision of the Boeing B-29 Superfortress, it was fitted with more powerful Pratt & Whitney R-4360 radial engines, stronger structure, a taller tail fin, and other improvements. It was the last piston-engined bomber designed by Boeing for the United States Air Force (except the never-completed B-54, a derivative of the B-50). Not as well known as its direct predecessor, the B-50 was in USAF service for nearly 20 years.

Fotogalerij van een Leclerc Prototype, The Char Leclerc is a main battle tank (MBT) built by GIAT, now Nexter of France. It was named in honour of General Philippe Leclerc de Hauteclocque who led the French element of the drive towards Paris while in command of the Free French 2nd Armoured Division (2ème DB) in World War II. The Leclerc is in service with the French Army and the army of the United Arab Emirates. In production since 1991, the Leclerc entered French service in 1992, replacing the AMX 30 as the country’s main armoured platform. With production now complete, the French Army has a total of 406 Leclerc and the United Arab Emirates Army has 388.

De Panhard ERC (Engin à Roues, Canon de 90 mm) is een Frans zeswielig gepantserd terreinvoertuig dat zeer mobiel en amfibisch is met een optie om NBC-proof te zijn. Terwijl verschillende modellen werden getest, werden slechts twee versies van de ERC ontwikkeld en geproduceerd: de Lynx en de Sagaie. Het belangrijkste verschil tussen de twee versies is het type geschutskoepel en het 90 mm kanon dat is gemonteerd. Sagaie is Frans voor assegai, een soort Afrikaanse speer.

De Noord-Amerikaanse B-45 Tornado was de eerste operationele straalbommenwerper van de Amerikaanse luchtmacht (USAF) en de eerste multijetmotorige bommenwerper ter wereld die in de lucht werd bijgetankt. De B-45 was een belangrijk onderdeel van de nucleaire afschrikking van de Verenigde Staten gedurende enkele jaren in de vroege jaren 1950, maar werd al snel vervangen door de Boeing B-47 Stratojet. B-45's en RB-45's dienden van 1950 tot 1959 in het Strategic Air Command van de Amerikaanse luchtmacht.

De Convair B-36 "Peacemaker" was een strategische bommenwerper gebouwd door Convair en uitsluitend geëxploiteerd door de United States Air Force (USAF) van 1949 tot 1959. De B-36 was het grootste in massa geproduceerde vliegtuig met zuigermotor ooit gemaakt. Het had de langste spanwijdte van alle gevechtsvliegtuigen ooit gebouwd, op 230 ft (70,1 m). De B-36 was de eerste bommenwerper die in staat was om een van de kernwapens in het Amerikaanse arsenaal af te leveren vanuit de vier bommenruimen zonder vliegtuigaanpassingen. Met een bereik van 10.000 mijl (16.000 km) en een maximaal laadvermogen van 87.200 lb (39.600 kg), was de B-36 's werelds eerste bemande bommenwerper die in staat was om intercontinentaal te vliegen zonder te tanken.

De Centurion ARV Mk II, was a British armored recovery vehicle based on the Centurion main battle tank. The Centurion, introduced in 1945, was the primary British main battle tank of the post-World War II period. It is widely considered to be one of the most successful post-war tank designs, remaining in production into the 1960s, and seeing combat in the front lines into the 1980s. The chassis was also adapted for several other roles, and these have remained in service to this day. FV 4006 Centurion ARV Mk 2 : (1956) – Mk 1 / Mk 2 / Mk 3 romp met de koepel vervangen door een bovenbouw met een lier. De lier wordt aangedreven door een hulpmotor en kan tot 90 ton trekken met behulp van een systeem van blokken. Gewapend met een enkel .30 inch machinegeweer op de koepel van de commandant.

Fotogalerij van een FV3902 Churchill Flail Pad, A mine flail is a vehicle-mounted device that makes a safe path through a mine-field by deliberately detonating land mines in front of the vehicle that carries it. They were first used by the British during World War II. The mine flail consists of a number of heavy chains, ending in fist-sized steel balls, (flails) that are attached to a horizontal, rapidly rotating rotor mounted on two arms in front of the vehicle. The rotor’s rotation makes the flails spin wildly and violently pound the ground. The force of a flail strike above a buried mine mimics the weight of a person or vehicle and causes the mine to detonate, but in a safe manner that does little damage to the flails or the vehicle.
