Le K9 Tuono è un obice semovente sudcoreano da 155 mm progettato e sviluppato dall'Agenzia per lo sviluppo della difesa e da società private tra cui Dongmyeong Heavy Industries, Kia Heavy Industry, Poongsan Corporation e Samsung Aerospace Industries per le forze armate della Repubblica di Corea, ed è ora prodotto da Hanwha Aerospace. Gli obici K9 operano in gruppi con la variante K10 Ammunition Resupply Vehicle.

The K9 Thunder is a modern South Korean 155 mm self-propelled howitzer. It was designed to provide long-range, accurate, and rapid fire support, featuring high mobility and excellent survivability.
