Lla Grumman G-164C Ag-Cat est une variante du Grumman G-164 Ag-Cat, un avion agricole biplan monomoteur développé par Grumman dans les années 1950. L’Ag-Cat a été le premier avion spécialement conçu par une grande compagnie aéronautique pour l’aviation agricole, et il représentait une amélioration significative de la sécurité et de la fiabilité par rapport aux plumeaux convertis.
