Más información:

el McDonnell Douglas T-45 Goshawk is a jet aircraft designed for carrier-based naval flight training. It is a modified version of the British BAE Systems Hawk, which is used by the Royal Air Force and other air forces around the world. The T-45 Goshawk was developed in the 1980s as a joint venture between McDonnell Douglas and British Aerospace, and entered service with the United States Navy and Marine Corps in 1991. The T-45 Goshawk has a single turbofan engine, a tandem cockpit for an instructor and a student pilot, and a tailhook for landing on aircraft carriers.
el T-45 Goshawk can perform various training missions, such as basic flying skills, aerobatics, formation flying, instrument flying, night flying, air-to-air combat, air-to-ground weapons delivery, and carrier operations. The T-45 Goshawk is also capable of carrying external fuel tanks, practice bombs, rocket pods, and a gun pod for realistic training scenarios. The T-45 Goshawk is expected to remain in service until at least 2035, when it will be replaced by a new trainer aircraft.
