The Albatross could land and take off from both water and land, making it versatile and adaptable to different environments. The Albatross had a wingspan of 96 feet, a length of 62 feet and a height of 25 feet. It could carry up to 10 passengers or 5,000 pounds of cargo. It had a maximum speed of 236 miles per hour and a range of 2,850 miles. The Albatross was powered by two Wright R-1820-76 Cyclone radial engines, each producing 1,425 horsepower.
