Den Sikorsky S-38 var ett amerikanskt tvåmotorigt åttasitsigt sesquiplan amfibieflygplan. Det kallades ibland "The Explorer's Air Yacht" och var Sikorskys första allmänt producerade amfibiska flygbåt som förutom att tjäna framgångsrikt för Pan American Airways och den amerikanska armén, också hade många privata ägare som fick ryktbarhet för sina bedrifter.
