O Panzerjâger 38(t) für 7,62 cm Pak36. também chamado Panzerselbstfahrlafette II ou Sd.Kfz.139. Mais comumente conhecido como o "Marder III". Esta era uma medida típica de tapa-buraco para o ramo antitanque que estava fortemente armado. Isso ficou evidente depois que as hostilidades recomeçaram na URSS em 1941.
