ブランドのモデル ズベズダ キット: Tupolev Tu-95 – Zvezda 7015.
The Tupolev Tu-95 bomber, nicknamed “Bear” by NATO, was the most successful strategic bomber of the Soviet Union. The plane entered service in 1956. The design proved so reliable, that it continues to serve in the Russian Air Force to this day. The Tu-95 is powered by four enormous Kuznetsov engines, delivering over 12,000 horsepower each. These engines are so powerful that a variant on the design, the Tu-114, holds the world record for the fastest propeller-driven aircraft. This is the only turboprop-powered strategic bomber still in use today. This iconic plane of the Cold War can be modified to serve a variety of combat roles, including maritime patrol, cruise missile deployment, and even delivery of nuclear payloads.
