Více:

The BREM-1 is an armoured recovery vehicle (ARV) that was developed by the Soviet Union in the late 1970s. It is based on the T-72A main battle tank chassis, with the turret removed and replaced by a new superstructure that houses a hydraulic crane, a main winch, an auxiliary winch and various tools and spare parts. The BREM-1 also has a dozer blade at the front that can be used for clearing obstacles or stabilizing the vehicle during recovery operations. The BREM-1 can tow or lift damaged or stuck tanks and other armoured vehicles, as well as perform field repairs. The BREM-1 has a crew of three: a commander, a driver and a handler. The vehicle is protected by composite armour and smoke grenade launchers. The BREM-1 is still in service with several countries that operate the T-72 tank or its variants.
