U VW 166 Schwimmwagen je nemački amfibijski automobil koji se koristi u Drugom svetskom ratu. 4Ks4 režim ovog laganog, terenskog automobila je aktivan samo u prvoj brzini i unazad. Njegov razmak od tla je prilično visok i koristi od samo-zaključavanje tipa diferencijala sa valjcima, ova mašina je pravi svestrani. Schvimmvagen je uglavnom korišćen kao veza ili izviđačko vozilo i kao brzo sredstvo za evakuaciju ranjenika.
