De 105mm leFH auf Hotchkiss 39H was a self-propelled howitzer used by the German army during World War II. It was based on the chassis of the French Hotchkiss H39 light tank, which was captured in large numbers by the Germans after the fall of France in 1940. The original turret was removed and replaced by a fixed superstructure that housed a 105mm leFH 18 light field howitzer, a standard artillery piece of the Wehrmacht. The vehicle had a crew of four and carried 32 rounds of ammunition. It was lightly armored and had a top speed of 36 km/h.
De 105mm leFH auf Hotchkiss 39H was bedoeld om mobiele artillerieondersteuning te bieden aan snel bewegende pantserdivisies. Het kan explosieve granaten over lange afstanden afvuren, met behulp van de directe of indirecte vuurmodus. Het voertuig was ook uitgerust met een machinegeweer voor zelfverdediging.
