Dit jaar markeert de verjaardag van de Falklandoorlog die 30 jaar geleden plaatsvond in 1982, en Cyber Hobby herdenkt de historische gebeurtenis met een tweede 1/72 schaal kit van de Sea King helikopter. Modelbouwers ontvingen enthousiast de gloednieuwe Westland WS-61 Sea King HC.4 troependragende variant, en dat Cyber-Hobby-item bleek meteen een hit. Deze tweede kit toont de zeldzame AEW.2-helikopter met vroegtijdige waarschuwing in de lucht. Gevechten in de Falklandoorlog onthulden een AEW-gat in de capaciteit van de Royal Navy (RN), en zelfs terwijl het conflict aan de gang was, begon Westland in mei 1982 met het ombouwen van twee Sea King HAS.2-helikopters. Na het ontwikkelingsprogramma voor de crash sloten deze twee helikopters zich aan bij de vervangende taskforce toen deze in augustus vertrok, hoewel ze te laat waren om deel te nemen aan de daadwerkelijke gevechten. De AEW.2's waren voorzien van een Thorn-EMI ARI 5930/3 Searchwater radar gemonteerd in een opblaasbare radome gemonteerd op een zwenkarm.

The ship was laid down in April 1936 and launched August 1938; Prinz Eugen entered service after the outbreak of war, in August 1940. The ship was named after Prince Eugene of Savoy, an 18th century Austrian general.

The increasing value of that kit is made by the Eduard additional detailing sets (exclusively included in this kit only). The Eduard Brassin accessories covers the cockpit (pilot’s compartment bay, pilot’s seat, armor plate behind the seat, center wing section, radio equipment), the superchargers (the entire supercharger, plus the supercharger intakes located on the engine sides) and landing gear wheels (including the front wheel, with superb details on their discs, also as the fine tire pattern). The photoetched accessories (colored) contains the instrument panel and seatbelts, air intake strainers and structure of the coolers intakes, landing gear interior and various exterior details.
