el Panhard M3 El VTT (en francés: Véhicule de Transport de Troupes) es un vehículo blindado anfibio de transporte de tropas. Desarrollado como una empresa privada para el mercado de exportación, el M3 fue construido con los mismos componentes mecánicos y de chasis que la gama AML de Panhard de vehículos blindados ligeros. Los dos tipos de vehículos comparten un 95% de intercambiabilidad de piezas automotrices. The Panhard M3 VTT (Véhicule de Transport de Troupes, or Personnel Carrier) is a French armored personnel carrier (APC) developed by Panhard in the late 1960s. Its key design feature is its high parts commonality (approximately 95%) with the highly successful Panhard AML armored car, simplifying logistics and maintenance. The M3 is a wheeled, amphibious, and air-transportable vehicle primarily designed to transport a squad of infantry in high-mobility warfare. While primarily used as an APC, its robust, boxy design allowed it to be adapted into various roles, including command, ambulance, mortar carrier, and maintenance vehicle. Although largely replaced in French service, it remains in use with over 30 countries globally.
