Фото галерия на 105мм леФХ ауф Хочкис 39Н, The Hotchkiss H35 or Char léger modèle 1935 H was a French light tank developed prior to World War II. Despite having been designed from 1933 as a rather slow but well-armoured light infantry support tank, the type was initially rejected by the French Infantry because it proved difficult to steer while driving cross-country, and was instead adopted in 1936 by the French Cavalry.

Повече информация:

The 105mm leFH auf Hotchkiss 39H was a self-propelled howitzer used by the German army during World War II. It was based on the chassis of the French Hotchkiss H39 light tank, which was captured in large numbers by the Germans after the fall of France in 1940. The original turret was removed and replaced by a fixed superstructure that housed a 105mm leFH 18 light field howitzer, a standard artillery piece of the Wehrmacht. The vehicle had a crew of four and carried 32 rounds of ammunition. It was lightly armored and had a top speed of 36 km/h.
The 105mm leFH auf Hotchkiss 39H was intended to provide mobile artillery support for fast-moving panzer divisions. It could fire high-explosive shells over long distances, using either direct or indirect fire mode. The vehicle was also equipped with a machine gun for self-defense. However, it had several drawbacks, such as its heavy weight, low reliability, limited traverse and elevation of the gun, and vulnerability to enemy fire. Only 48 vehicles were built between 1942 and 1943, and they saw limited service on the Eastern Front and in Normandy.
