Fotogalerija Sukhoi Su-24M Fencer, The Sukhoi Su-24 (NATO reporting name: Fencer) is a supersonic, all-weather attack aircraft developed in the Soviet Union. The aircraft has a variable-sweep wing, twin-engines and a side-by-side seating arrangement for its two crew. It was the first of the USSR’s aircraft to carry an integrated digital navigation/attack system.[1] It remains in service with the Russian Air Force, Ukrainian Air Force, and various air forces to which it was exported.

V Sukhoi Su-24M Fencer is a supersonic, all-weather tactical bomber with variable-sweep wings, developed by the Soviet Union in the 1960s and 1970s. It is one of the most advanced aircraft of its type, equipped with an integrated digital navigation/attack system called Puma, which allows it to perform precision strikes in any weather conditions and at low altitudes. The Su-24M Fencer can carry a variety of weapons, including bombs, rockets, missiles and nuclear warheads, on its eight external hardpoints.
V Su-24M Fencer has a crew of two, sitting side-by-side in a spacious cockpit, protected by an armored canopy. The Su-24M Fencer is powered by two Saturn/Lyulka AL-21F-3A turbojet engines, which give it a maximum speed of Mach 2.18 and a range of 1,400 km. The Su-24M Fencer has been in service with the Russian Air Force and several other air forces since 1974, and has seen combat action in various conflicts, such as the Soviet-Afghan War, the Chechen Wars, the Iran-Iraq War, the Syrian Civil War and the Ukrainian Crisis.
