Aerosled NKL-26 An aerosani (rusko: aэросани, aerosani, dobesedno "aerosled") je vrsta propeler-driven snowmobile, tek na smučeh, uporablja se za komunikacije, dostavo pošte, medicinsko pomoč, nujno okrevanje in obmejno patruljiranje v severnih regijah ZSSR. Aerosanis je uporabljala Rdeča armada med zimsko vojno in 2. svetovno vojno. NKL-26 je bil izdelan iz vezanega lesa in je imel deset milimetrsko oklepno ploščo samo na sprednji strani, oborožen pa je bil s 7,62 mm DT mitraljezom v obročnem nosilcu. Pogonil ga je letalo M-11G. Vsak NKL-26 sta upravljala dva posadka.

A kit from the brand Roden the kit : Sd. Kfz 231 – Roden 702.

The Bussing NAG factory developed its own design, which received the name ARW (Achtradwagen = eight-wheeled car). The new car had some interesting features, like eight independently sprung wheels with both steering systems affecting all eight wheels. It could be driven in both directions because it had two driver positions, in the front and in the back. The armored superstructure was attached to the frame of the chassis. The armored body was 14.5mm thick in front and 8mm elsewhere. The first mass-produced machines of this type received the official designation Sd.Kfz.231 and reached units of the Panzer reconnaissance troops in late 1937, and one year later they took part in the annexation of Czechoslovakia.

V Dornier Do 335 Pfeil (“Arrow”) was a World War II heavy fighter built by the Dornier company. The Pfeil’s performance was much better than other twin-engine designs due to its unique “push-pull” layout and the much lower drag of the in-line alignment of the two motors. The Luftwaffe was desperate to get the design into operational use, but delays in engine deliveries meant only a handful were delivered before the war ended.
