Una noticia 2013 de la marca Hasegawa el kit : Acorazado de la Marina japonesa Yamato – Hasegawa Z01.

Uno de los acorazados más grandes y pesados jamás construidos, el Yamato desplazó la friolera de 72.800 toneladas a plena carga. Estaba armado con nueve cañones principales de 46 cm (18 pulgadas), que es la artillería de mayor calibre jamás registrada para cualquier buque de guerra. Sorprendentemente, la única vez que el Yamato disparó sus cañones fue durante la Batalla del Golfo de Leyte en octubre de 1944. Hoy en día, su legado sigue vivo en el Museo Yamato, que abrió sus puertas en 2005 para educar a los visitantes sobre la rica historia naval de Japón. Kit cuenta con un casco de línea de flotación y cañones antiaéreos.

ICM nos ha actualizado sobre su último modelo en las obras del Kadett K38 Saloon en escala 1/35. Las imágenes CAD muestran que mucho esfuerzo ha ido a la bahía del motor y el chasis del vehículo, y aunque no es vista en este momento creo que el interior ha sido igualmente bien replicado.

el Obús M115 de 203 mm, también conocido como el obús M115 de 8 pulgadas, fue un obús remolcado desarrollado y utilizado por el Ejército de los Estados Unidos. Hasta la década de 1950 fue designado el Obús M1 de 8 pulgadas. El diseño original comenzó en 1919, pero expiró hasta que resucitó en 1927 como una pieza de socio para un nuevo cañón de 155 mm. Fue estandarizado como Obús M1 de 8 pulgadas en 1940. El M115/M1 fue remolcado por el tractor de pistola M35 Prime Mover o un camión Mack 71/3 ton 6×6. El M115 fue remolcado con 21 hombres por arma, y fue enviado a Alemania en octubre de 1961 en respuesta a la crisis de Berlín.

el Boeing B-52 Stratofortress is a long-range, subsonic, jet-powered strategic bomber. The B-52 was designed and built by Boeing, which has continued to provide support and upgrades. It has been operated by the United States Air Force (USAF) since the 1950s. The bomber carries up to 70,000 pounds (32,000 kg) of weapons. Beginning with the successful contract bid in June 1946, the B-52 design evolved from a straight-wing aircraft powered by six turboprop engines to the final prototype YB-52 with eight turbojet engines and swept wings. The B-52 took its maiden flight in April 1952. Built to carry nuclear weapons for Cold War-era deterrence missions, the B-52 Stratofortress replaced the Convair B-36. Although a veteran of several wars, the Stratofortress has dropped only conventional munitions in combat.

The ROKS-2 and ROKS-3 were man-portable flamethrowers used by the USSR in the Second World War. The ROKS-2 was designed not to draw attention so the fuel tank was designed to be easy to conceal within a knapsack, and the fuel pipe designed to resemble a rifle. ROKS-3 was a simplified design and had a regular cylindrical fuel tank. The Finnish designation for captured ROKS-2 units was M/41-r. Roks-2 were used, amongst other engagements, during the close-range fighting during the first days of the battle of Kursk in 1943.
