Tthe T-90 – rosyjski czołg bojowy trzeciej generacji, który wszedł do służby w 1993 roku. Czołg jest nowoczesną odmianą T-72B i zawiera wiele funkcji dostępnych w T-80U. Pierwotnie nazywał się T-72BU, ale później przemianowany na T-90, jest zaawansowanym czołgiem w służbie rosyjskich sił lądowych i piechoty morskiej. T-90 wykorzystuje 125 mm 2A46 smoothbore główny pistolet, 1A45T system kontroli ognia, zmodernizowany silnik, i celownik termiczny strzelca. Standardowe środki ochronne obejmują mieszankę stali i kompozytowego pancerza, wyładowań granatów dymnych, pancerza wybucho-reaktywnego Kontakt-5 oraz system zagłuszania podczerwieni Shtora ATGM. Został zaprojektowany i zbudowany przez Uralvagonzavod, w Niżnym Tagil, Rosja.
