Vieną iš penkių karaliaus Jurgio V klasės karo laivų, pastatytų 1937–1942 m., "H.M.S. Duke of York" pastatė Škotijos "John Brown and Company". 1943 m. Šiaurės Kyšulio mūšyje ji padėjo nuskęsti vokiečių karo laivui "Scharnhorst". Po Antrojo pasaulinio karo ji tapo namų laivyno flagmanu iki 1949 m., O 1957 m. Rinkinį sudaro detalus denis su plačiu antstatu, vaterlinijos korpusas, dešimt 35,6 cm patrankų, šešiolika 13,3 cm patrankų, šeši 20 mm Oerlikonai, katapulta su skraidančia valtimi ir daugybe katerių bei gelbėjimo valčių.

The U.S.S. Yorktown (CV-5) was the lead ship of the Yorktown Class,. She entered service in September, 1937, and was stationed throughout the Atlantic until the Pearl Harbor attack in December, 1941. After being transferred to the Pacific, the U.S.S. Yorktown played important roles in the Battle of the Coral Sea and the Battle of Midway. During the latter battle, she sank after being struck by torpedoes from the Japanese submarine I-168. For her heroic efforts, the Yorktown (CV-5) was awarded three battle stars.

Launched on August 5, 1941, the Z38 was the second-to-last 1936A (Mob) sub-class destroyer built for the Kriegsmarine. Like other ships in her class, the Z38 recycled elements – including 150 mm twin turrets – from planned “O”-class battlecruisers. Renamed “Nonsuch” by Great Britain after WWII’s end, the Z38 served as a test ship before she was scrapped in 1949. Kit features a waterline hull, a deck with extensive superstructures, four 150 mm guns, eight torpedo tubes, lifeboats and marking options for four “Narvik Klasse” destroyers: Z31, Z33, Z37 and Z38.

It is hard to overestimate the role of minelayers in naval combat. The German Navy used these elongated U-boats to place mines near enemy shipping routes. The Type VIID featured five mine silos, located just behind the conning tower. Each silo could store up to three mines each, making the Type VIID a formidable foe for the Allies. Kit features an extended hull with fine riveting and welds, authentically reproduced deck details, a detailed engine, a realistic periscope, a true-to-the-original weapons assortment and decal markings for U-212, U-217 and U-218.
