The Dassault MD 315 Flamant (“Flamingo”) is a French light twin-engined transport, utility, and trainer aircraft built by Dassault Aviation shortly after World War II. It was the first production aircraft from Dassault after the war and was instrumental in modernizing the French Air Force, replacing older wartime types in roles ranging from pilot training to colonial communications and light attack.
