Tá FV107 Scimitar je obrněné průzkumné vozidlo (někdy klasifikované jako lehký tank) používané britskou armádou. Byl vyroben firmou Alvis v Coventry. Je velmi podobný FV101 Scorpion, ale místo 76mm děla je namontována vysokorychlostní kanón L21 RARDEN s vysokou rychlostí. Byl vydán obrněným plukům Royal Armoured Corps v průzkumné roli. Každý pluk měl původně blízkou průzkumnou letku pěti vojáků, z nichž každá obsahovala osm FV107 Scimitarů.
