Meer info:

The CVR(T) FV101 Scorpion is a British light tank that was designed in the 1960s and entered service in the 1970s. It is part of the Combat Vehicle Reconnaissance (Tracked) family of vehicles that also includes the FV107 Scimitar, the FV103 Spartan and the FV106 Samson. The Scorpion has a crew of three: a commander, a gunner and a driver. It is armed with a 76 mm L23A1 gun that can fire high-explosive (HE), high-explosive squash head (HESH), smoke and canister rounds. It can also mount a 7.62 mm machine gun on the turret. The Scorpion has a maximum speed of 82 km/h and a range of 756 km. It is powered by a Jaguar J60 4.2-litre petrol engine that produces 190 hp.
The Scorpion has an aluminium hull that provides protection against small arms fire and shell splinters. It can also be fitted with additional armour modules for increased protection. The Scorpion was used by the British Army in various conflicts, such as the Falklands War, the Gulf War and the Iraq War. It was also exported to several countries, such as Belgium, Iran, Jordan and Malaysia. The Scorpion was retired from British service in 1994, but some variants are still in use by other operators.
