The ZSD 89 is an APC developed for the PLA. During the 1999 national day parade at Beijing, revealed its to the public, which finally confirmed the service status of the vehicle. The ZBD 90 IFV is fitted with an one-man 25mm cannon turret and 7.62mm PKT coaxial machine gun. The 25mm gun has a full 360° traverse with an elevation of -8° ~ 55°. Ammunition load for the 25 mm gun is 400 rounds, with an additional 120 HE (high-explosive) rounds and 80 AP (Armour-Piercing) rounds carried in the turret. The 25 mm gun can fire single, 3-round burst, or 5-round burst. The max rate of fire is 100r/min or 200r/min.

Történelem: The SU-152 (СУ-152) was a Soviet self-propelled heavy howitzer used during World War II. It mounted a 152 mm gun-howitzer on the chassis of a KV-1S heavy tank. Later production used IS tank chassis and was re-designated as ISU-152. Because of its adopted role of as an impromptu heavy tank destroyer, capable of knocking out the heaviest German armoured vehicles—Tiger and Panther tanks, and Elefant tank destroyers—it was nicknamed Zveroboy, “beast killer”.

A Boeing C-17 Globemaster III egy nagy katonai szállító repülőgép. Az Egyesült Államok Légiereje (USAF) számára fejlesztette ki az 1980-as évektől az 1990-es évek elejéig McDonnell Douglas; a cég később egyesült a Boeinggel. A C-17-est a csapatok és a rakomány gyors stratégiai légi szállítására használják a fő műveleti bázisokra vagy az előretolt műveleti bázisokra szerte a világon. Taktikai légi szállítást, orvosi evakuálási és légidrop küldetéseket is végrehajthat. A C-17 két korábbi, de nem kapcsolódó dugattyús hajtóműves, amerikai katonai teherszállító repülőgép, a Douglas C-74 Globemaster és a Douglas C-124 Globemaster II nevét viseli. Bár az amerikai légierő már nem vásárolja meg, a C-17-eseket exportfogyasztók számára gyártják.

Le SdKfz 141 Panzerkampfwagen III (PzKpfw III), ou Panzer III est un char d’assaut allemand, conçu à la fin des années 1930 et utilisé intensivement pendant la première phase de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Il fut mis au point pour engager les blindés ennemis (d’abord avec un canon antichar 3,7-cm KwK 36 L/45, puis à partir d’octobre 1940 avec un 5-cm KwK 38 L/42, puis un 5-cm L/60 en juin 1942), alors que le Panzer IV, qui lui était contemporain, avait été prévu pour fournir des tirs d’appui aux troupes d’infanterie avec un 7,5-cm KwK 37 L/24. Cependant, avec l’apparition de chars alliés de mieux en mieux protégés, seul le Panzer IV fut capable d’embarquer les armes capables de les détruire (avec un canon 7,5-cm KwK 40 L/43 à partir de mars 1942), et il supplanta le Panzer III comme char principal de la Wehrmacht. Mais malgré le fait que le Panzer III est totalement dépassé dès le début 1942, on le trouve encore engagé en masse lors de la bataille de Koursk en juillet 1943.

Histoire: Le T-34 est un char moyen entré en service en 1940 au sein de l’armée rouge. Il constitue à l’époque un remarquable équilibre entre les trois facteurs majeurs qui définissent la qualité d’un blindé, à savoir : la puissance de feu, la protection et la mobilité. Cette réussite en fait l’un des atouts de l’Union soviétique face à l’invasion de la Wehrmacht. Celle-ci devra d’ailleurs, pour le contrer, revoir sa politique de conception de blindés en mettant au point, par exemple, le Panzer-V ‘Panther’, qui empruntait une partie de ses caractéristiques techniques au T-34. Bien que rapidement dépassé lui même par les productions étrangères, le T-34 va tout de même rester en production de 1940 à 1958, avec un total d’unités produites estimé à 84 070 exemplaires, ce qui en fait le second char le plus produit de tous les temps, juste derrière ses successeurs, les T-54 et T-55.

La Campagne d’Afrique de l’Est est une série de batailles de la Seconde Guerre mondiale entre les Alliés et l’Empire italien. La plus grande partie des troupes alliés était issue du Commonwealth, notamment d’Inde, d’Afrique du Sud, de Rhodésie, du Nigéria et du Ghana. Elles étaient renforcées par les résistants éthiopiens, des soldats des Forces françaises libres et des Forces belges libres.

Le Flammpanzer est un char allemand équipé d’un lance-flamme. Avec le souvenir des combats de rues de Stalingrad à l’esprit, une centaine de Panzer III modèle M furent reconvertis en char lance-flammes. Le canon était remplacé par la nouvelle arme et l’équipage fût réduit à trois. Le blindage frontal était renforcé. Ils furent engagés à Koursk, mais la conversion ne fut pas un succès. La plupart des véhicules furent reconvertis par la suite en chars standards ou en véhicules de dépannage. Production 100 unités de février 1943 à avril 1943.

Az S-75M Volhov fotógalériája, az S-75 Dvina egy szovjet tervezésű, nagy magasságú, parancsnoki irányított, föld-levegő rakéta (SAM). 1957-es első bevetése óta a történelem legszélesebb körben telepített légvédelmi rakétájává vált. 1959. október 7-én szerezte meg az ellenséges repülőgép sam általi első megsemmisítését, és 1959. október 7-én lelőtt egy tajvani Martin RB-57D Canberrát Kína felett, három V-750 (1D) rakétával 20 km (65 600 láb) magasságban eltalálta. A sikert akkoriban a kínai harcosoknak tulajdonították, hogy az S-75-ös programot titokban tartsák.

Az amerikai hadsereg 37 mm-es páncéltörő ágyújának fejlesztése a spanyol polgárháború során azonosított igényekre válaszul kezdődött. Mire 1943-ban Tunéziában szolgálatba állt, a pisztoly már elavult volt, és az Egyesült Államok megkezdte a brit 6-PDR engedélyezett gyártását abban a reményben, hogy gyors megoldást talál tüzérségi igényeire. Ez viszont egyenlőtlennek bizonyult az 1944-es franciaországi hadviselés követelményeivel, és további páncéltörő intézkedéseket fejlesztettek ki – rakétahajtású gránátokat gyalogsági használatra, és kifejezetten a páncélvadász erők számára tervezett fegyvereket.

The UAZ-469 is an all-terrain vehicle manufactured by UAZ. It was used by the Red Army and other Warsaw Pact forces, as well as paramilitary units in Eastern Bloc countries. In the Soviet Union, it also saw widespread service in all state organizations that needed a robust off-road vehicle. The UAZ-469 was introduced in 1973, replacing the earlier GAZ-69. The UAZ-469 presented two great advantages: It was able to drive in virtually any terrain and it was very easy to fix.
