Lla Autoblindo Lince (« lynx ») était une voiture de reconnaissance italienne utilisée par la République sociale italienne entre 1943 et 1945 pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Le Lince était une copie du Daimler Dingo britannique et était principalement utilisé pour la reconnaissance. L’armement se composait d’une seule mitrailleuse Breda 38 de 8 mm. 392 véhicules ont été construits, 263 par Lancia et 129 par Ansaldo. En usage allemand, il était désigné sous le nom de Panzerspähwagen Lince 202(i).

General Characteristics and Role
The Autoblinda Lancia Lince (« lynx ») was an Italian light armored car used by the Royal Italian Army (Regio Esercito) during World War II and, significantly, by German and Italian forces after the 1943 Italian armistice. The Lince was essentially an unauthorized, but successful, copy of the British Daimler Scout Car (Dingo), captured examples of which had impressed Italian designers. It was produced by Lancia and was designed for reconnaissance, liaison, and escort duties. Its small size, decent speed, and four-wheel drive provided good agility on paved roads and suitable terrain, but its very light armor limited its use strictly to non-frontline roles.
