The RAF Coastal Command and Transport Command also benefitted from the Halifax’s added horse- and firepower while stationed in the Far East. Kit features new tooling, a highly detailed interior, bomb bays with loads, separate ailerons, landing flaps and decal markings.

One of five King George V-class battleships constructed between 1937 and 1942, the H.M.S. Duke of York was built by Scotland’s John Brown and Company. In 1943’s Battle of North Cape, she helped in the sinking of the German battleship Scharnhorst. After WWII, she became the flagship of the Home Fleet until 1949, and was scrapped in 1957. Kit features a detailed deck with extensive superstructure, waterline hull, ten 35.6 cm cannons, sixteen 13.3 cm cannons, six 20 mm Oerlikons, a catapult with flying boat and numerous cutters and lifeboats.

The U.S.S. Yorktown (CV-5) was the lead ship of the Yorktown Class,. She entered service in September, 1937, and was stationed throughout the Atlantic until the Pearl Harbor attack in December, 1941. After being transferred to the Pacific, the U.S.S. Yorktown played important roles in the Battle of the Coral Sea and the Battle of Midway. During the latter battle, she sank after being struck by torpedoes from the Japanese submarine I-168. For her heroic efforts, the Yorktown (CV-5) was awarded three battle stars.

Καθελκύστηκε στις 5 Αυγούστου 1941, το Z38 ήταν το προτελευταίο αντιτορπιλικό υποκατηγορίας 1936A (Mob) που κατασκευάστηκε για την Kriegsmarine. Όπως και άλλα πλοία της κατηγορίας του, το Z38 ανακυκλώνει στοιχεία - συμπεριλαμβανομένων δίδυμων πυργίσκων 150 mm - από προγραμματισμένα θωρηκτά κατηγορίας "O". Μετονομάστηκε σε "Nonsuch" από τη Μεγάλη Βρετανία μετά το τέλος του Β 'Παγκοσμίου Πολέμου, το Z38 χρησίμευσε ως δοκιμαστικό πλοίο πριν διαλυθεί το 1949. Το κιτ διαθέτει ίσαλο κύτος, κατάστρωμα με εκτεταμένες υπερκατασκευές, τέσσερα πυροβόλα των 150 χιλιοστών, οκτώ τορπιλοσωλήνες, σωσίβιες λέμβους και επιλογές σήμανσης για τέσσερα αντιτορπιλικά "Narvik Klasse": Z31, Z33, Z37 και Z38.

It is hard to overestimate the role of minelayers in naval combat. The German Navy used these elongated U-boats to place mines near enemy shipping routes. The Type VIID featured five mine silos, located just behind the conning tower. Each silo could store up to three mines each, making the Type VIID a formidable foe for the Allies. Kit features an extended hull with fine riveting and welds, authentically reproduced deck details, a detailed engine, a realistic periscope, a true-to-the-original weapons assortment and decal markings for U-212, U-217 and U-218.
