The Sikorsky HH-60G Pave Hawk is a highly modified, twin-engine, medium-lift helicopter primarily used by the U.S. Air Force for Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) missions. It is a derivative of the U.S. Army’s UH-60 Black Hawk and is heavily specialized for day or night operations in hostile or adverse weather environments. Its core mission is Personnel Recovery (PR), including the recovery of isolated personnel in hostile conditions.
