Since middle of WWII Germany had a shortage of metal, therefore a series of simplifications were introduced since 1943 in the manufacturing process of vehicles. These resulted in a design change of the 4,5t heavy truck: front fenders made from simple metal sheets, cabin was made from plywood on wooden frame, front bumper and rear fenders were deleted. This simple variant (called Einheitskabine) was manufactured until the end of war. These trucks were in service even several years after the end of war for many civilian purposes.

Semovente L40 da 47/32 This small tank destroyer was developed by the Italian Royal Army on the basis of the hull of the light L6/40 tank. It was equipped with a 47mm cannon placed in a casemate and although it provided a good ballistic performance, when it was first put into service in 1941 it was inadequate to attack most of the enemy’s tanks. The same hull was used to develop a commando version equipped with a radio to coordinate the action of armoured vehicles. The 47/32 L40 self-propelled tank, manufactured in around 300 copies, was widely used in the final part of the war in North Africa. After the armistice agreed in September 1943, the vehicles in Italy that survived the war were seized and used by the German army.

Als uniek model op zich beschikt deze Ausf.G Apr-May 1943 Production kit over een aantal compleet nieuwe onderdelen. Deze nieuwe componenten omvatten de geschutskoepel, geschutskoepel, zijpantserplaten, spatborden, add-on pantserplaten, frontale plaat en schurzenbeugels. De schurzenplaten aan de zijkant zijn gemaakt van metaal om een exacte weergave van die op het originele voertuig mogelijk te maken. Dit is een Smart Kit, die modelleurs verzekert van een goed ontworpen product dat eenvoudig te monteren is en toch vol zit met ingewikkelde details. Met deze specifieke kit kan de modelbouwer een nieuwe Panzer IV G-tank maken, precies zoals deze verscheen in de grote Koersk-confrontatie.

“Die Erza”hlungdes Schwarzen Ritters” is a widely acclaimed comic book series and considered the best work of renowned comic artist Motofumi Kobayashi. The story is set in the Eastern Front in the Fall of 1943 and portrays the main character Oblt.Ernst von Bauer and his force Wehrmacht 8th Tank Company which is called “Black Knight”. In the winter of 1943, the Black Knight lost their five “Panzerkampfwagen IV” during the battle against the Soviet force’s T34s but luckily they found six “Panther As” and fought back against the Soviet force. These six Panther As displayed the courage and power of the Black Knight. This Panther A is a 1/35 scale plastic model kit. The forms are accurately detailed. The gun barrel and side skirt are made of metal parts. Photo etched parts are provided for some small details. The Black Knight’s emblems can be reproduced by decals. Two figures of Black Knight are included as a bonus parts.
