De FV603 Saraceense is een zeswielige gepantserde personeelsdrager ontworpen en geproduceerd door Alvis sinds 1952. Het is door verschillende operators over de hele wereld gebruikt en wordt in sommige landen nog steeds in secundaire rollen gebruikt. De Saraceen werd een herkenbaar voertuig als gevolg van zijn aandeel in de politie van Noord-Ierland en vanwege zijn rol in de handhaving van de apartheid door de Zuid-Afrikaanse regering.

Developed in the post-WWII era, it was part of the FV600 series (sharing many components with the Saladin armored car). Design and Powerplant
