Le Panhard AML is a light armored car that was developed by the French company Panhard in the late 1950s. It was designed to meet the needs of the French Army for a fast and agile reconnaissance vehicle that could be deployed by air. The Panhard AML has a 4×4 wheel drive and a low profile, making it suitable for various terrains and climates. The Panhard AML is armed with either a 90 mm cannon or a 60 mm mortar, both mounted in a rotating turret.
The Panhard AML also has a coaxial 7.62 mm machine gun for self-defense. The Panhard AML has been used by many countries around the world, especially in Africa and the Middle East, where it has seen combat in several conflicts.
