Eurocopter Tiger – Foto e Video

Le Eurocopter Tigre (ora Airbus Helicopters) è un elicottero d'attacco bimotore a quattro pale entrato in servizio per la prima volta nel 2003. È prodotto da Eurocopter (ora Airbus Helicopters), la società successore delle rispettive divisioni elicotteri di Aérospatiale e DASA, che lo designano come EC665. Seguendo le loro lingue, in Germania è conosciuta come la Tigre; in Francia e Spagna è chiamato il Tigre.

The Eurocopter Tiger is a four-bladed, twin-engined attack helicopter that was developed by a joint venture of Aérospatiale and MBB, later merged into Airbus Helicopters. The Tiger entered service in 2003 and has been used by several European countries for various missions, such as anti-tank, escort, reconnaissance and fire support. The Tiger is equipped with advanced avionics, stealth features, high agility and a range of weapons, including cannons, rockets and missiles. The Tiger has a maximum speed of 315 km/h and a combat range of 800 km. The Tiger has also participated in combat operations in Afghanistan, Libya and Mali.
