Lisainfo:

The Nardi FN.305 was a versatile aircraft that served as a fighter trainer and liaison monoplane in several countries during and after World War II. It was developed by the Fratelli Nardi company in Italy, based on a design by Filippo Zappata. The first prototype flew in 1935 and showed excellent performance and handling. The aircraft had a low-wing cantilever configuration with retractable landing gear and a Fiat A.70 S inline engine. It could accommodate one or two crew members, depending on the variant, and was optionally armed with one or two Breda-SAFAT machine guns.
The Nardi FN.305 was produced by Piaggio and other subcontractors in Italy, as well as under license by SET in Romania. It was exported to France, Hungary, Chile and Bulgaria, and used by the Italian Air Force until 1948. The Nardi FN.305 was praised for its agility and reliability, and set several records for speed and distance. It was also the basis for further developments, such as the Nardi FN.315 and FN.316.
