Lisainfo:

The Eurofighter Typhoon is a modern multi-role fighter aircraft that can perform air-to-air and air-to-ground missions with high agility and versatility. The Typhoon is a joint project of four European countries: the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Spain, who formed the Eurofighter GmbH consortium to develop and produce the aircraft. The Typhoon entered service in 2003 and has been exported to several other countries, including Austria, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
The Typhoon features a twin-engine design with canard delta wings that provide superior aerodynamic performance and maneuverability. The Typhoon is powered by two Eurojet EJ200 turbofan engines that can generate up to 90 kN of thrust each with afterburners. The Typhoon can reach a maximum speed of Mach 2 and a service ceiling of 16,800 m. The Typhoon has a fly-by-wire flight control system that incorporates carefree handling and artificial stability.
The Typhoon has a sophisticated avionics suite that includes a Captor radar, an infrared search and track (IRST) system, a helmet-mounted display (HMD), a multifunction information distribution system (MIDS) and a passive infrared airborne tracking equipment (PIRATE). The Typhoon can carry a variety of weapons on its 13 hardpoints, such as air-to-air missiles (AIM-9 Sidewinder, AIM-120 AMRAAM, IRIS-T, ASRAAM, Meteor), air-to-surface missiles (AGM-88 HARM, ALARM, SCALP-EG, Brimstone, Taurus KEPD 350), bombs (Paveway II, Paveway III, Paveway IV, JDAM) and a 27 mm Mauser BK-27 cannon.
The Typhoon is constantly being upgraded to meet the evolving operational requirements and threats. Some of the recent upgrades include the integration of Storm Shadow cruise missiles, Meteor beyond-visual-range air-to-air missiles, Brimstone air-to-surface missiles and an active electronically scanned array (AESA) radar. The Typhoon is also being considered as a potential replacement for the German Tornado aircraft, which would require further enhancements such as electronic attack capabilities and nuclear weapon delivery.
